1. How do I know that you've received my order?

Once you've placed your order, after making the payment through our secure payment gateway or PayPal, you'll be redirected back to our website to the order confirmation page where you'll be provided with your reference number (i.e.  100001777). Please use this reference number for all your future enquiries. The order confirmation will also be emailed to you for your reference. Normally, the confirmation emails arrive instantly, but it might take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

Attention AOL, Hotmail and Yahoo Account Holders! Due to Hotmail’s filter settings you might not receive our email. In this case please follow these steps:

1. Check your spam folder;

2. Check your inbox filter and sort settings;

3. Add all our sale confirmation emails (sales@kinkycherries.com, sales@kinkycherries.co.uk, sales@fashioncherries.com, sales@fashioncherries.co.uk) to your "Safe Senders Lists";

2. I Accidentally marked your email as spam...

To remove our email address in the Blocked senders list, kindly go to Settings> Junk email> Blocked senders. Remove our email from the list and then click Save. Try it in all your browsers.

3. How long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders placed during business hours Monday-Friday before 3 PM and and 10 AM on Saturday will be processed and shipped on the same day. You can expect to receive your parcel in 1-3 businesses days, depending on what shipping option you choose for delivery. Please visit our Discreet Delivery page for further information.

4. Will my parcel be packaged discreetly?

Yes, to ensure your purchase with us is kept secret from your household members and neighbours, our packaging is 100% discreet. The product will be delivered in plain discreet boxes and padded packages. No Logos, No Brand Names will appear on your package. The postage label will show only your delivery address and return company name: Last Minute Deals Ltd.

5. Are my details secure?

Yes, your details are encrypted with the state of the art 2048-bit RSA encryption with variable 256-bit session keys. Our servers are protected with a powerful Linux Firewall and Comodo SSL Encryption. We don’t retain your card details and your payment is processed directly by our bank. Even our staff won’t have access to your credit card details!

6. Can I pay with a cheque or postal order?

Yes, you can pay either by a private check or by postal order. Please make cheques payable to "Last Minute Deals Ltd". We normally dispatch products after 5-7 working days when a check is cleared. This measure is taken to avoid bounced cheques. Please download the application form our payments page and follow the instructions there.

7. What happens if items are out of stock?

If the item is out of stock, then our website won’t allow you to order this product. If there is something that you would like to purchase please feel free to add this item to your wish list and will advise you on the waiting time.

8. If I order the wrong product what do I need to do?

If you have ordered an incorrect item, you need to contact us as soon as possible before we process your order and ship the products to you. In this case we'll just cancell the order and process the refund. But if you have recived a wrong or defective item then please contact us through email within 7 days and let us know what was wrong with your order. Please leave all labels in place if they need to be returned. We will not accept returns or give refunds if the original package or label is damaged. For further information please click here.


9. How old do I have to be to buy sex toys?
